My journey into DJing started like many others - with a deep love for electronic music and a curiosity about how DJs create those seamless, energy-building sets that keep crowds moving all night long. What began as bedroom mixing quickly evolved into a passion for understanding the technical and creative aspects of DJing.
After years of performing at clubs, private events, and festivals, I realized that many people shared my initial curiosity but didn't know where to start. Traditional DJ courses felt too generic, and YouTube tutorials only scratched the surface. That's when I decided to create a different kind of learning experience.
The "I Am Sushi" teaching method focuses on real skills that translate to actual performance situations. I don't just teach you to press buttons - I teach you to read crowds, understand energy flow, and develop your own unique style. Most importantly, I provide real opportunities to perform through our Sushi events, because the best learning happens in front of an audience.
